This typescript, which is in a looseleaf binder, documents the development of a Major Hoople story in the comic strip Our Boarding House from the writer Tom McCormick's initial idea to completed proof sheets. McCormick's collaborators on this project, cartoonist Bill Freyse, and Robert Molyneaux, Director of Comic Art for Newspaper Enterprise Association, both died prior to its completion.
